I went to the doctor's yesterday (very nice walk in service at at Liverpool street - you know the one, you come in, take a name (i went for Bryan) and a seat - the nurse calls you up - you go into a room drop your trousers and they give you a aspirin.) - I have been experiencing a few concerns (which I may go into at a later date - although, i may not, depending if my audience have already eaten - as it is not pretty!). So yes the nurse, (a very nice middle age man called Chris - not wearing a nurses uniform (how every confusing - especially when i called him Doctor).
so yes are discussing my ailment and my course of treatment - and then he turns around and goes "I am just going to get the doctor, because I want them to look at your face."
Not going to lie, Kinda caught me off guard - in all seriousness "wooooah, what is wrong with it...!! its all i have, i may not be blessed with looks of brad Pitt of Mr Depp - but i to think i am above average"
he glanced up and then left, to come back with the doctor - who both then stood over me looking at my face...and made a few comments (which i strained and failed to hear)...and the next thing i knew, i was in the queue in Boots (there are other pharmacies - but boots is local) - getting cream usually used for athlete's foot to smear on my face...WTF???
Nice to know my taxes are not being wasted! - In fact they still did not solve my issue i originally went in for...all i know, i have been hit with the ugly stick. :(

Damned if i do....
The politics of clubs have never ceased to amaze me - people say one thing then do the opposite. Typical example - Coach A says to Coach B yes for some fun races - but Coach A had already told me No, and so I tell Coach B that we are terribly sorry, we cannot - maybe later in the season. But then Coach B tells me back that Coach A has already agreed.
Parliament/committee meetings are hilarious - it is a talking shop, someone who shouts the loudest is often heard the most - odd??? my annoyance with committees are the people who always says yes - but often (9/10) never do anything they have said yes about, and the issue roles over and over. I think (if my history is correct) Eliz I had the same idea - she was often inactive, until the issue had either blown up or gone away..usually the later...
personally, I stuffer from OCD - i like stuff to be done...ASAP! but apparently this is not the case :( diplomacy i hasten to add, is not one of my best qualities...should be interesting
